The subdivision where we are located is the quietest and safest area of ​​Mahahual, being a closed street only our guests and few neighbors have access. We have strict cleaning and disinfection protocols, the apartments have a perimeter fence, an alarm at night and security cameras outside, access to the complex is for guests only, each apartment has a key and the general entrance as well.

We have 24-hour cleaning and maintenance staff.

What cancellation and refund policies do the rental apartments in Mahahual have?

Reservations are made with 50% in advance, the rest is paid on the day of admission. In case of cancellation one month in advance, the money is refunded (with a discount for administrative expenses, if any). If the cancellation is less than one month, it can be used on another date depending on availability.
